Designed for people who love to move, or who want to move with delicious feeling, this workshop by Eiko and Koma is open to persons of all levels interested in developing creativity. Participants are led through a series of exercises designed to increase skill and awareness in focus, coordination, and stance, to achieve a lasting pleasure in dancing.
