Featuring spacious and flexible event spaces, the MCA provides a unique and memorable setting for your event. The MCA’s dramatic plaza welcomes your guests who will enjoy panoramic views of the Chicago skyline from the majestic Kovler Atrium. In addition, your guests are only steps from the MCA galleries, adding an artful twist to your event.
The MCA’s Anne and John Kern Terrace Garden provides stunning views of Lake Michigan and the sculpture garden. Create your own unique indoor/outdoor environment by tenting the terrace, sculpture garden, or both for seated dinners, receptions, and wedding ceremonies.
Rental includes access to the main floor galleries as well as the outdoor Anne and John Kern Terrace Garden. Our third- and fourth-floor galleries can be rented for viewing at an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing information.

Capacity: 900 reception/300 seated; up to 500 seated in garden tent.
Sitting room ceremonies allow for up to 200 guests.
