The School Partnership for Art and Civic Engagement, also known as SPACE, is a program that embeds artists-in-residence in schools to foster the creative, intellectual, and civic development of students. At this off-site workshop, SPACE artist-in-residence Delisha McKinney explores community, collaboration, and creative expression inspired by her creative practice and work with students from Hyde Park Academy High School.

Through poster-making and postcard design activities, participants collaboratively imagine the kinds of spaces, programs, and experiences they want schools to offer.
