A multi-media performance that derived from the Byzantine, often comic, usually ecologically disastrous operations of the various water agencies in California and their beneficiaries. The performance is the first in a series organized by the Museum and the Center for Twentieth Century Studies in Milwaukee, made possible through a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
