Explore grassroots contemporary arts projects aimed at supporting students and communities this educator-focused event.

Led by Eric Von Haynes, this hands-on workshop examines how language and design can inspire change. Draw inspiration from City in a Garden and Chicago History Museum’s Designing for Change: Chicago Protest Art of the 1960s–70s to craft acrostics for text-based artworks that highlight growth, care, print culture, and collective strength in Chicago’s activist history.
