On the closing night of David Bowie Is, join the MCA for a special appearance by Neil Gaiman as he reads “The Return of the Thin White Duke.”

About the Speaker

Neil Gaiman is the award-winning author of books, short stories, and graphic novels for adults and children. Some of his most notable works include The Sandman comic series and two episodes of Doctor Who, as well as the novels The Graveyard Book (the first book ever to win both the Newbery and Carnegie medals) and The Ocean at the End of the Lane, the UK's National Book Award 2013 Book of the Year. Born in England, he now lives in the US with his wife, the musician and writer Amanda Palmer. His short story collection, Trigger Warning, is set for a February 2015 publish date.
