Winemaker Hank Beckmeyer guides guests through a variety of La Clarine's biodynamic, harmonious wines. Guided by a philosophy of minimalist intervention—or "do nothing" farming—Beckmeyer's wines are vibrant celebrations of life.

The wines are accompanied by an ingredient-driven, seasonal five course tasting menu crafted by Chef Jason Hammel and Chef de cuisine Patrick Philips.
