D-Composed Presents D-Compressed

About the event
Imagine this: you are doing a sun salutation while the room is filled with the musical stylings of Beyoncé vibrating/resonating through violins, a viola, and a cello . . . or string quartet. The flows, the rhythms, and the harmonies guide the movements in the class. This is by no means traditional; this is a space where you can truly decompress. D-Compressed is an intimate experience that features a fusion of yoga with chamber music that highlights the works of traditional black classical composers combined with a pop culture twist.
