Sports and Belief with Marc Bamuthi Joseph

In 2015, Marc Bamuthi Joseph previewed his multidisciplinary performance /peh-LO-tah/ to CHF audiences. Following the presentation of /peh-LO-tah/ at MCA Stage, he returns to talk about the connection between sports, politics, and belief. Joseph uses poetry, performance, and soccer to explore how teamwork or group movement can be a bridge for discussing immigration, international diplomacy, and global economies. Join him in conversation with his long-time friend and fellow poet Roger Bonair-Agard.
