Event description

Free to MCA members (with valid membership card), $20 for non-members

Deeply influenced by his experience growing up in South Central Los Angeles, artist Mark Bradford addresses the dynamic, complex histories of class, race, and gender in the United States. His layered, multimedia works often incorporate flyers, billboards, and ads from his neighborhood, and address themes of mapping and identity. This not-to-be-missed event unites Bradford and various Chicago communities, as we collectively shape and are shaped by the artistic process.
