Arts Alliance Illinois convenes Chicago mayoral candidates to participate in a moderated discussion on issues of importance and relevance to arts, culture, and creativity ahead of the February 26, 2019, Chicago mayoral election. Invitations to participate were extended regardless of party affiliation and confirmed attendees include Gery Chico, Susana Mendoza, Toni Preckwinkle, and Paul Vallas. Any additional candidates participating in the Forum will be announced at later dates.

While admission to the 2019 Mayoral Arts Forum is free, space is limited and seating cannot be guaranteed for walk-ups. Attendees are strongly encouraged to book complimentary tickets in advance online. A standby line will form beginning at 6 pm on the day of the event for any unclaimed tickets.
